COMPANY OVERVIEW

Established in mid-1996, Guomax Sdn Bhd took its first humble step into manufacturing water and solvent based printing inks in Malaysia. During the economic crisis in the years of 1997-98, Guomax Sdn Bhd was not spared by the consequences and suffered difficult times. However, with our aggressive sales & marketing strategy, the commitment and dedication of the management and staff and through customer service, Guomax Sdn Bhd pulled through and emerged stronger.

In the year 2000, Guomax Sdn Bhd was proudly appointed as the sole distributor by Novacote Flexpack to handle the company's products in the flexible packaging industry in Malaysia.

Later in year 2002, Guomax Sdn Bhd moved to its own new factory located in the Shah Alam Industrial Area, Selangor, Malaysia. Additional new machines were purchased to cater for the increasing demand of printing ink.

QUALITY

Guomax Sdn Bhd have recieved ISO9001 certification since November 2006 thus recognising that we are a quality conscious corporation. To further improve effectiveness and efficiency, we use a comprehensive and cost effective software solution, ISO Documentation Management System to enable the tracking of quality management processes on a single location.
Besides, we also implement Enterprise Resourse Planning (ERP) management system to integrate the information across functions and departments. This guarantees our commitment to provide best quality products to our customers.

ENVIRONMENTAL

It is the policy of Guomax to conduct its operation in a manner that is environmentally resposible. In accordance with this policy, Guomax complies with all environmental laws and manages all phases of its business in a manner that mitigate potential adverse environmental effects from its operations.

One of our approaches is to ensure the raw material used in the production of printing inks have been certified as RoHS compliant by manufacturer.
